"Bear with your Partner"

Teams of 2 will move through 6 stations accumulating as many points as possible while the other partner performs 5 reps of the Bear Complex (1 rep = PC, FS, Jerk, BS, Jerk). Both partners must complete the 5 reps at each station. The stations are: Lateral Jumps over the Barbell (5 reps=1 pt.), Burpees, Double Unders (5 reps=1 pt.), Hand-Release Pushups, Box Jumps, Pushups. This workout will begin and end with a 100yd Bear Crawl (total, not each).
