Zombie Catcher

400 meter pumpkin run
10 Pull ups w/pumpkin (or ring rows)
20 Pumpkin Shots (WBS)
30 pumpkin hang cleans (below knee)
40 pumpkin box step-ups, 24/20"
40 Pumpkin throws (wall ball w/o squat)
30 pumpkin lunges (each step is 1 rep)
20 pumpkin thrusters
10 Pull ups w/pumpkin (or ring rows)
400 meter pumpkin run
