1500 Reps by Patrick Mott

If you go to CFMT, odds are, you've worked out next to Patrick.

Patrick is a senior in high school and is attending a missions trip to the Dominican Republic from March 11-18. His group will be ministering with Students International (SI). SI is a Christian mission organization whose missionaries are ministering to the poor of Guatemala, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Fiji, and the Dominican Republic. Their missionaries are professionals who are ministering in their areas of expertise. They have several different areas of ministry such as: education, social work, health care, physical therapy, and agriculture. Patrick will partner with one of their missionaries in an area that relates to his interests

CFMT wanted to partner with Patrick, to support his endeavours. Instead of just asking for money, he is asking for friends and workout buddies to sponsor him as he “Works to get to the D.R.” Over the three days of December 3, 11, 17, Patrick will be completing 1,500 reps of many exercise movements at Crossfit Moontown, (300 Pull-ups, 300 Pushups, 300 GHD Sit-ups, 300 Double Unders, and 300 Squats).

From Huntsville to the Dominican Republic is approximately 1,500 miles, so every rep counts for a mile closer to the D.R. Please consider sponsoring Patrick in any of these movements with an amount of your choice. You could sponsor him by saying you will give a penny per rep. He is not asking for a set amount of money, just whatever you feel it is worth to you to see him work a lot, sweat a lot, and maybe cry a little (but mostly do some good for the Kingdom)!

If you would like any information about the events, you can contact us or him through Facebook. He will also be live streaming each workout on Facebook as well.

Donations should be made payable to Rivertree Church and should be mailed to 652 Taylor Rd, Owens Cross Roads, AL 35763. Please put Patricks name in the memo line.

Thanks for continuing to be the awesome community of people that you are. Whether you choose to donate or not, make sure to cheer Patrick on as he completes his 1500 reps. -Megan
