5 stations (4 min each) of work/hold: Station 1 - WBS @ 20/14lbs & Dip Hold, Station 2 - Ground to Overhead @ 95/65lbs & Wall Sits, Station 3 - Pushups & Front Rack Hold @ 185/115lbs, Station 4 - KB Power Snatch @ 1.5/1pood & OH Plate Hold @ 45/35lbs, Station 5 - Situps & Plank Hold *Accumulate as many reps at each station as possible. Switch when one partner breaks the hold or as needed.
