Strength Cycle Restest



I wanted to take a minute to check in with everyone. I have been extremely impressed with the work that has been put in over the last two months. I am very excited to see the results as we move into a time to retest our lifts.

Those of you that have been counting will already know that this week was planned to be the week that we establish our new 1 rep maxes on Bench Press, Back Squat, Shoulder Press, and Dead Lift. However, due to a slight scheduling error on my part, we will be delaying this until next week. The week of Memorial Day typically includes multiple Hero WODs which can be extremely taxing on athletes. Trying to perform these WODs and test our lifts in the same week would not be the best way to maximize our results.

Regardless, everyone should be on notice: We will retest next Monday (Bench Press / Back Squat) and Thursday (Shoulder Press / Dead Lift). Try to take care of yourselves this week!
