Against a two-minute running clock, complete:
10 DB Ground to Overhead @ 50/35lbs
10 Box Step-Ups @ 24/20lb
Max Reps of Burpees
Rest 2 minutes between sets, and complete a total of five sets.
**This is two arm DB Ground to Overhead, not one arm like we did in the Open.**
