One of the best things about CrossFit is that ANYONE can do it. Any CrossFit workout can be scaled to meet every person's individual fitness needs and abilities. Everyone, at any fitness level, is welcome at our gym. If you are new to CrossFit and still feeling intimidated, don’t worry! Our Familiarization Course will ensure that you are equipped with the basic skills needed to join our regular classes.
During this 4 block course held every Tuesday and Thursday night at 5:30, we will provide an overview of the CrossFit mission and methodologies, the fundamental movements, nutrition, and you’ll even get to try a few workouts! Once you have attended these 4 classes, you will be ready to attend any regular CrossFit workout during the week!
