CrossFit – CrossFit is a highly efficient strength and conditioning program consisting of constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity across broad time and modal domains. This tends to produce the best results in the shortest amount of time.
Teaching kids that fitness is fun and discovering a passion for healthy living early on is what CrossFit Kids is all about. All of CrossFit’s foundational movements are introduced, in addition to basic gymnastic skills, running, jumping, and a ton of games. Children ages 11-15 also get an introduction to weight lifting and barbell safety. Being able to perform the basics with good form and cultivating physical literacy from an early age can be the confidence boost they need to try new things later as adults.
At Hampton Cove CrossFit we believe in fueling our body with real food. Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle mass, have more energy, or perform better in the gym, a proper diet filled with real food will get you there. Diets don’t work, but a better relationship with food will push you forward to achieve the goals you set for yourself.
At Hampton Cove CrossFit, we offer childcare for children 4 and under on a first-come-first-serve basis. The cost for childcare is $15/month for the first child, and $10/month for each additional child.
Children older than 4 years are welcome to play quietly in the lobby area during workouts.

Monday: 8:30am, 9:45am, 4:15pm, 5:30pm
Tuesday: 8:30am, 9:45am, 4:15pm, 5:30pm
Wednesday: 8:30am, 9:45am, 4:15pm, 5:30pm
Thursday: 8:30am, 9:45am, 415pm, 5:30pm
Friday: 8:30am, 9:45am
Our classes are designed to help you reach whatever aesthetic, performance, or health related goals you may have. If you’re interested in weight loss and toning, you’ll love our CrossHiit and CrossFit classes with the option to work with our in house nutrition coach. You’ll learn to fuel your body for your day-to-day demands while challenging your body in a safe way under the guidance of our certified (experienced) coaches. Our quarterly 6-week challenges are a great way kick start your weight loss in safe supportive group environment.
Look no further than our CrossFit, Olympic lifting, power lifting classes. These will challenge you and help you become a stronger athlete both mentally and physically. We also offer all day open gym to allow you time to work on your own primary, accessory or sport specific programming.

If you’re an older athlete or looking to get back into working out after a long hiatus, you’re in good hands with us. Our On-Ramp classes will help you learn the basics and our staff is always happy to help you find options to scale movements up and down based on ability limitations. We’ll make sure you always get a safe and fun workout, regardless of where you are starting.
