At Hampton Cove CrossFit, our primary focus is to get you moving correctly, efficiently, and safely through the use of highly functional movements done with intensity. We engage every athlete with workouts that are different everyday but are always challenging. This keeps things exciting, enables athletes to push themselves harder to get better results, and reach for goals previously thought of as impossible.
The best part about CrossFit, however, is anyone can do it. Our workouts are scalable to anyone’s abilities and strength levels. We have moms, dads, high school athletes, military and first responders, healthcare professionals, and all other walks of life working out side by side in every class. From beginners to seasoned athletes, everyone is truly welcome.
We challenge all of our members to improve their quality of life by improving their fitness, their health, and achieving their maximum potential. If you come with an open mind and willingness to work for it, we promise we will provide you with an encouraging place to not only work out, but to become a better person than when you walked in. We have 10 incredible coaches which includes 2 CrossFit level 2 coaches and a registered dietitian.
